'Registration: I am sending my friend's mobile number to 36965 but receive no Welcome SMS?
A couple of things to check for:-
Do you have R6 airtime on your phone? The 36965 is a premium rated number of R5 and you can only register under your friend if you do have airtime on your phone. The other R1 airtime is used to reply YES to the Welcome SMS
When you entered his/her mobile number, did you leave any spaces? Make sure you leave NO spaces ef 0721234567
Check that you used the numeric 0 and not the alphabetical O
If all of the above is correct, it could be a network delay. Please be patient. If you have not received your Welcome SMS within 24 hours, please call the Call Centre.
